Building Tables

Creating a Cross-Tabulation

  1. Go to the Tables tab
  2. Drag a question into the Rows field
  3. Drag a question into the Columns field
  4. Click the Build Table button

Table Settings

Statistics that can be enabled:

  • ✅ Column percentages
  • ✅ Row percentages
  • ✅ Total percentage
  • ✅ Mean
  • ✅ Median
  • ✅ Standard deviation
  • ✅ Standard error of mean
  • ✅ Minimum / Maximum
  • ✅ Number of respondents (N)

Additional settings:

  • 🔹 Hide zero cells
  • 🔹 Row/column sorting
  • 🔹 Cell merging
  • 🔹 Significance testing

TopBox and BottomBox

TopBoxes allow you to combine top alternatives of a question into one group (e.g., ratings 9+10).

Adding a TopBox:

  1. Select a question
  2. Right-click → Add TopBox
  3. Specify which alternatives to combine
