END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This agreement is a legal contract between You (the User) and the author pablissimo77 (the Developer) regarding the use of DataTable2 software. By installing or using the Program, You agree to this agreement.

2. RIGHT TO USE

The Developer grants You a free, non-exclusive license to use the Program for personal or commercial purposes. The Program is provided as "Freeware". The Program's source code is closed and is the property of the Developer.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may not: - Decompile, disassemble (reverse engineer) or attempt to obtain the source code of the Program. - Sell the Program or charge for its distribution without the written permission of the Developer. - Represent the Program as your own development.

4. VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS (DONATIONS)

The Program is free. Any financial contributions from the User are purely voluntary donations to support the project's development. A donation is not a payment for a product and does not grant the User special ownership rights or guarantees.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS (DLL)

The Program uses third-party libraries (DLL), the copyrights for which belong to their respective owners. The list and licenses of third-party components are provided in the CREDITS.md file included with the Program.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". THE DEVELOPER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT) ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PROGRAM.
